We are the leaders in Antislip Permanent Technology (Not a Coating but a chemical eitch of slippery tile glazing) This process gives outstanding traction without the gritty feel underfoot. It prevents serious injuries from slip and fall incidents, costly liability claims and works out to be a massive saving on replacement costs of new tiles.
(Not a coating)

- – Prevents hydroplaning and allows efficient water disbursement
- – Permanent etching into the tile surface
- – Zero downtime as treatment is immediate and long-lasting
- – No need to replace the existing tiles
- – Reduces the risk of injury, medical bills, insurance claims, and lawsuits
- – Non-toxic and environmentally friendly
- – Works only on man-made tiles with a glazed finish such as ceramic, porcelain, and glazed tiles that are slippery when wet
Our anti-slip treatment is a permanent solution for slippery tiles that rearranges the glaze on the surface to create microscopic mountains and valleys. The treatment is irreversible and requires trained professionals to apply it. The contractor will provide guidance on tile cleaning and maintenance, which involves two steps to keep the surface hygienic and pH-neutral. The design of the treatment allows for efficient water displacement, which helps prevent hydroplaning. Suction cups on the surface create a vacuum that displaces water and maximizes traction. However, please be aware that there will be a change in the gloss level and slight colour alteration after the treatment. The colour change is more prominent on darker tiles. It is impossible to alter the physical characteristics of tiles without affecting their aesthetics. After the treatment, cleaning with an Easy Clean solution and a soft broom is required to maintain anti-slip properties by keeping the pores open.

There are plenty of elements that can penetrate or hold to the surface such as grout, dyes, resins, oil, water and etc. Many products on the market have been designed to beautify and protect the surfaces of stone, tile and grout, and sealer is one of them.
Sealers can be water-based or solvent-based. Take note: most water-based sealers cannot be used outside so you might want to consider that. As the name implies, it seals the surface tight against chemicals, water and other contaminants.
By applying sealer, you completely occupy the porous grout structure with a stable, hard grout sealer before the water moves in. This results in strengthening the tile and looking great. Sealing is done to create a protective barrier against spills and permanent stains. It also ensures that future tile and grout cleanings yield the best possible results.
It is important to realize that a sealer is not an impenetrable barrier – it only provides reaction time to deal with spills. Bad news is there is no really guarantees applicable to tile/sealing. Good news is sealers come with a life expectancy of up to 15 years depending on the quality of the tile, maintenance procedures and so forth.
For example, an unsealed floor can stain immediately, whereas if a floor is sealed it can resist the stains and can have a reaction time up to 4-5 hours. When it comes to finishing off your tile, a tile sealer may or may not be a good idea.
It is always a good idea to seal the tile grout, but depending what material your tile is made of, will determine whether or not you should seal it.
Some tiles will be damaged by certain tile sealer leaving them brittle, dark, or faded. It’s important which type of tile you have and what kind of sealer it matches.
The treatment works immediately and the process is irreversible. For this reason we only allow trained professional contractors to do the application.
The contractor will provide advice on how to clean and maintain the tile. The treatment is a 2 part process and when complete, the surface is neutral and hygienic.
The treatment creates microscopic mountains and valleys on the tile by re-arranging the existing glaze on the surface of the tile.
The chemical process creates the mountains and valleys and allows for water displacement and prevents hydroplaning.
Tiny cup holes occur on the surface and these act like suction cups when treading on the tile. The result will be a surface that displaces water, maximises traction and has a minute vacuum.
(Basically the same principle as a good car tyre). Please bear in mind that there will be a change in the gloss level of the tile and a slight colour change.
(The colour change is more prominent on dark tiles than light tiles).
It is impossible to change the physical characteristics of the surface of the tiles without changing the aesthetic characteristics.
The tile may become slightly more difficult to clean after treatment but can be overcome by cleaning with Easy Clean solution and a soft broom which will keep pores open and anti-slip properties intact.
